About Justin & Qualifications:

Justin’s a gym nerd with over 15 years personal training and strength coaching experience. His true passion is helping people transform not only their physique but their over all health with the most effective coaching strategies and methods available.


Specialising in biomechanics and exercise execution. He holds the following certifications:


N1 Education Level 1 & Level 2

P.I.C.P Strength Coach Level 2

BioSignature Modulation Level 2

Australian Weightlifting Coach Level 2

FMA Strength Certification – Mechanics of Lifting

AKBL Kettlebell Certification,

Certificate 3 & 4. in Personal Training


Along with his expertise in training, Justin is also passionate about customised macros nutrition. He believes that proper nutrition is a crucial component of any fitness journey and works with his clients to develop macro nutrition plans that support their training goals and recovery. He can believes a nutrition plan should match the demands of your training while helping you recover from your workouts while fitting each client’s unique needs and lifestyle, whether they’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall health.

Justin takes the time to understand your goals, preferences, and limitations to help create a personalised training and nutrition plan that’s tailored to you. He believes that consistency and accountability are vital to achieving long lasting results and supports his clients every step of the way.

One Off Session: $110 Per Hour

Weekly Session: $90 Per Hour – 12 Week Commitment
